My name is Joseph Meyers, and I’m the Owner and Lead System Designer behind Absolute Radon Solutions. With more than a decade of hands-on experience in radon measurement and mitigation, I’ve built this company on one simple principle: homeowners deserve effective, reliable radon solutions at a fair price—without unnecessary delays or complications.
I began my work in radon after becoming licensed in radon measurement, when local real estate professionals repeatedly asked me the same question: “Can you install mitigation systems too?” At the time, there was limited competition in the area, and pricing and availability were a growing concern. That gap in the market—and the opportunity to do better for homeowners—led me to expand into radon mitigation. Absolute Radon Solutions was born from that need.
Today, I am a Nebraska Licensed Radon Mitigation & Measurement Specialist, an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, and a Certified Master Inspector. Over the years, I’ve worked with homeowners, home buyers, real estate agents, and even county officials—delivering dependable results and a smooth, efficient process from start to finish.

At Absolute Radon Solutions, every mitigation system is only as good as the person installing it—and that’s where Toby Rekart, our Lead Installer, stands out.
Toby brings a strong construction background to our team, with five years of experience as a Journeyman Bricklayer before transitioning into radon mitigation. He is a Certified Radon Mitigation Technician and Certified Radon Measurement Technician, and plays a key role in the design and installation of radon mitigation systems on a daily basis.
As Lead Installer, Toby is responsible for carrying projects from start to finish—ensuring each system is installed safely, efficiently, and to industry standards. He is highly detail-oriented, quick to learn, and consistently punctual. His background in public service has shaped a disciplined, dependable work ethic—when given a task, he focuses on execution and follows it through completely.
Homeowners appreciate Toby’s professional, approachable presence on the job site. He takes the time to explain what the installation will involve, answers questions clearly, and treats each home with care and respect.
